Sudovi 30-day full-order guarantee
If an order is not suitable, contact us within 30 days of delivery using our contact page. Include your order number so we can find the purchase.
The guarantee covers the full amount paid for the order, including every pack in a multi-pack bundle. It is not limited to the first pack opened. Once the refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on that provider.
For a damaged, missing or incorrect item, contact us so we can arrange a resolution. Do not mail hygiene products back unless we give return instructions. Your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.
