Cancellation policy
Sudovi optional subscriptions
A subscription is optional; one-time purchase is the default. The chosen bundle, scent mix, delivery frequency and discounted recurring price are shown before checkout.
Shopify Subscriptions emails a reminder 3 days before a recurring charge. Use the manage-subscription link in your customer account or notification email to skip an upcoming order, pause, or cancel before the next charge. SMS reminders are not enabled.
Shipping and taxes, if applicable, are confirmed at checkout. No minimum number of deliveries is required by this plan. Cancelling future deliveries does not automatically refund an order already processed; see the full-order refund guarantee and contact us for help.
